We made it to Texas!

I had a few requests to start a blog about our time in Texas, so here is my attempt. I've never written a blog so I'm going to go ahead and say there is a good chance this may not be updated as often as it should. Instead of giving an entire page of updates, I'll separate the last few weeks into a few different posts.
